The problem areas in Chicago are because of the 80% of black single women raising boys and thats how they turn out. Its like a culture of its own and no Gov. is going to fix it. Same in Baltimore, Detroit, New York City....
Sounds like a plan. Can we do that with Commiefornie, OR, WA, NY and NJ too? Somebody could make $$$ with a wall building company so that's a bonus.Put a wall around it, release all the prisoners into the area.
Natural attrition and urban renewal/cleansing at the same time.
Last man standing gets to be the new Mayor.
Make sure that live TV footage is included. I want to see the beatings. Can we start a petition calling for Mayor Lightfoot to attend every funeral for shooting victims? I mean if she cared, wouldn't she do that?

Not sure I agree that is the problem...but I still don't understand why the "law abiding" citizens are not being more visible and protesting at the mayor's and governor's offices and/or homes.I had this discussion some time back.

I won't disagree with that.It is most certainly not "THE" problem.
But, it is most definitely part of the problem.
The destruction of the nuclear family is a big part of the problem.
Then we agree completely.I had this discussion some time back.
