Not sure I agree that is the problem...but I still don't understand why the "law abiding" citizens are not being more visible and protesting at the mayor's and governor's offices and/or homes.

HMMM! "Law abiding citizens" are at work or at home taking care of their families.

Sure, but not everyone that grows up without a father ends up in prison. And likewise there are those that grew up in normal families. There are many issues at work in our society that help individuals make good or wrong decisions. Jumping to the conclusion that all we have to do is restore the traditional family will cause us to overlook multiple other issues that need attention also.

You are not wrong, that is probably the Number 1 issue.
