Question. I have a '92 winchester in 32wcf. It was built in 1897, and re-blued many decades ago after some fire damage. One side of this rifle is beautiful, while the other has some burned wood that was varnished over. Since the rifle is not in original condition, would it hurt the value any more to replace the wood? Any suggestions where to get a set? thanks

As it's been damaged and refinished, I don't think there's a problem. You can get a new buttstock here: http://www.boydsgunstocks.com/Replacement-Stocks-Winchester-s/26.htm
