Blackstone electric griddle

Any of you tried this? If so what do you think of it? Does it cook good? Since I can not be near open flames I think it might be a good solution for us and the smaller size seems great. Stand might even hold my electric smoker underneath if I turn it around. I will have to save up my pennies for it but I am thinking of getting back into brass in a limited way.

I have the 36 inch Blackstone and love it. I game my grill away and all I use now is the Blackstone griddle and my smoker.

Love cooking on the Blackstone.
Not a fan of cooking on electric , though.

I understand your dilemma and would think this is a good option for you.

Lot of electric skillets/griddles out there sub $70.

They don't have the prep cart as they are a table/counter top appliance.

My wife has the large one with 3 air fryers drawers and rarely uses her grill anymore.

I have the smaller electric one and use it indoors for just about everything. I also have a gas one outside. Just remember the electric one is not cast iron so use non-metallic tools.
