The Tikka and the CZ are both good rifles that used to be economy but now are 'economy-plus', due to the Euro exchange rate with the tanked dollar. Good choices if you can stay in budget, but if going for a high-quality scope with a high of 12 and a low suitable for hunting, it may be hard or impossible to get there from here on the stated budget. Tikkas are almost invariably quite accurate.
