Drew out the antlerless only Great Salt Plains wilderness area. Super excited about the pack in hunt. About time I finally use all that back country equipment I have acquired over the years!
No ATV's, binoculars, range finders or spark/fire producing devices. Vehicles aren't to leave the roads or bunker areas (stay on the asphalt, gravel). Tree stands, ladder stands, ground blinds are allowed.

No binoculars? What is the point in that? I swear some of the regulations they come up with.
Because MAACP hates old people, obviously.
Agree, some of the regs just don't make sense.
The last time I hunted there, somebody asked that very question. Bill Starry, the hunt director said they were concerned that if somebody dropped theirs, and a lens popped out, it could start a fire by the sun shining through it. That's the reasoning behind it.
That or snooping where shouldn't be snooping.
