2021 Deer Chatter/Pics/Excuses

We had 1 doe with her twins come by, 3 of this years offspring without does, and 1 small buck all day yesterday. Seems the big boys are locked down on does out in my area. Only 1 shot heard

And my #1 is still alive and kicking. He has few to no injuries, so thinking he is the one kicking butt and getting some tail. These are the only daytime pics I have of him recently but have nighttime pics of him two nights ago.

I sat on a main travel corridor but saw nothing this morning. My daughter saw the 8 pt with the drop time that we are letting walk this year, and she heard two fights near her but never saw the bucks.

And I broke out the brush gun being as my furthest shot would have been no more than 50 yards. Figured if I hit him with the 45-70, tracking would be easy.

Oldest daughter and grandson were in the same blind grandson was going to fill a doe tag daughter was after a buck doe came out and grandson was going to shoot it then this buck came out and momma said not today son lol
