S&W 61's are nice, but hard to find.

Dang, forgot I have one of those way back in the safe! To nice to carry though. The 21 has lots of pocket wear. I’ll just keep carrying it.

S&W 2213 or 2214 is an option too. Wish I had my 2213 back...

I have the Beretta. I've never had any problems with it. I fitted a threaded ss barrel to it for my Warlock. I have large hands and the Beretta fits pretty good for such a small pistol. Beretta (1).JPG Beretta (4).JPG

If you are considering a Taurus,,,
    Look at the polymer version.

    It's called the 22-PLY.

It says PT-22 on the slide but that's because they used the same slide for the 22-PLY build.

Mine has been extremely reliable with Mini-Mags,,,
I can't remember the last time it jammed.

The gun lives in a hidey-hole in my car,,,
I shoot at least one mag through her every range trip.

Every other owner of the 22-PLY that I've spoken to reports the same reliability,,,
Taurus seems to have fixed the problems that plagued the PT-22.

The capacity of the 22-PLY is 8+1,,,
Load it up with 40 grain LRN Mini-Mags and you'll be happy.

I keep it clean and well lubed,,,
Maybe that's why it runs so well for me.

Right now budsgunshop.com has the stainless steel upper version for $235.00,,,
The black version usually goes for $199.00.

    Just tossing that out there,,,
