Start with a rem 700 and then you can upgrade the piss out of it. Anywhere from the action, trigger, chassis, barrel, ect. If you're wanting it suppressed buy a stock model and when you are ready to make the suppressor dive, make sure you have the barrel you are satisfied and have the barrel threaded if it doesn't come like that. There are a couple of places in OK you can get this done at. If you need help finding one PM me. I know of a good guy to take it to and he even builds his own chassis' from scratch if that's what you're into.

The Remington 700 or the Remington Sendero (Same thing as the 700 pretty much, but cheaper) are both great options.
I bet CZ makes a good LH .308 rifle.
I have a CZ 527 American LH in .223.
FNH makes a good .308 rifles, not sure though if they have LH models.
Ruger is another big one as far as LH rifles go.
You can check out Savage Arms, but they really don't have many LH rifles.
If you didn't know, I'm a lefty myself.

I have been lusting a .308
Just seen a new Mossberg bolt gun. Available in .223 and .308 only.
Best part is it uses AR or M14 mags.
