80% AR15 build legality

What are the rules on an 80% AR15 build?

I looked on google, and all I found was saying as long as you aren't prohibited, no regulations. Obviously NFA applies. This is for a rifle is what I found.

What if a pistol? Is that possible?

Any build out rules? Magazine capacity rules?

No rules against building one in Oklahoma. Rifle or pistol. Just make sure the pistol has a brace and not a stock. No magazine round limits either.
