Put it in 4wd and played around on a mound of dirt Friday. Seemed to be working fine
I’m still thinking that with a lightweight flatbed on it that would be a cool street legal UTV/hunting truck.Put it in 4wd and played around on a mound of dirt Friday. Seemed to be working fine
That’s why I would never buy a 2wd Ford.@retrieverman, I like that idea. I’m keeping all my options open. The fords had so little lead in their butts that traction is an issue.
You’d think white king beds would be plentiful but that’s not the case.
I have 9 cans of R12 if you want it. I guess it was hoarded from back in the day.I am having to decide whether to convert my 90 to 134a or buy r12 for AC. Not sure how much it costs or if you can get.
94 and up come with r134a I believe.
I ran the AC machine on mine. It’s holding Freon but the compressor is not kicking in. Found a little rat damage on the wires going to the compressor switch. Might tinker with that tomorrow. Unfortunately it’s right under the power steering pump and it tight down thereI am having to decide whether to convert my 90 to 134a or buy r12 for AC. Not sure how much it costs or if you can get.

My BIL bought a short bed regular cab in 1997 when the new body came out. It was a v6 with manual. If it was wet out, you could literally run through the gears and not go anywhereThat’s why I would never buy a 2wd Ford.
When and if I find a bed, I’ll use a two post lift to set it in place. My dad's 90' f150 long bed didn't feel very light when we removed it one time lol. I bet it weighs 3x what a new aluminum Super Duty long bed weighs. The tailgate alone weighs a ton.
Yes I'll take it and pay you for it.I have 9 cans of R12 if you want it. I guess it was hoarded from back in the day.
