Did you get a good deal? How much you have in the truck total now?

I got the bed and a grill for $450. The chrome was peeling bad on my grill. I haven’t added everything up but quick head math says about $1100. That includes the used tires and bringing the tag up to date. It’s probably a little more. I’ll add it up later
I had forgotten about a couple things. I’m right around $1300. At this point I might as well replace the rear tank and the pumps. I’d be all in near $1500. The AC and the door latch is just a little labor I hope

Ain't that the truth! My new guitar hobby is getting expensive.
The only hobbie I ever had that made me money was when I had a full shop and a 10,000 lb. 2 post lift. All 4 of my vehicles never saw a mechanic shop other than mine. I saved literally 10s of thousands of dollars and I enjoyed wrenching.
I didnt feel right if I didnt have diesel grease under my fingernails lol.
Everything from tire rotation, brake jobs to engine swaps.
I miss my shop but my EX wife caused me to have to sell. @$%#!
When the housing bubble pops, I plan to try and buy that property back in Tuttle.
Everything is for sale for the right price.
