In my opinion, anyone who considers Heller and McDonald as "wins" for the Second Amendment should really rethink what position they are taking before they say "shall not be infringed."
And him owning his own business is relevant HOW?

I don't know how many of you are on opencarry.org, but it is a great resource for open carry issues and laws in the states. I travel a lot and use the site for staying current with the laws of the places I visit. I have open carried in many other states and have never had an issue with LE or the general population. If you want to change the laws of Oklahoma to reduce or eliminate the chance of getting arrested/ticketed/harassed by an inadvertent showing, change the definition of concealed carry to something like "concealed, in whole or in part". With wording like that, even something as skinny as a belt covering part of your carry weapon would comply with the "concealed" definition. As much of your weapon as you want could still show, as long as part of it was out of sight.
