Absolutely horrific crash about 5 miles east of OKC.

How would you guys like a picture of your children up after they had their head split open? You've even got his work ID nicely in fame there. I just think its a bit low rent to have the poor guys picture up for all to see.

Ask yourself if you would be okay with pictures of your loved ones covered in blood put up for all to see.

I'd be so glad that someone cared enough to stop and and render aid I would pee myself and could care less if a picture of them showing what a total stranger had done for them was posted on the internet.

There is no expectation of privacy on a public highway. If the guy expired on the scene and this was a dead body I would probably be complaining, and in fact did so on forums where the poor kid who slammed into the back of a tractor trailer and embedded himself in the door at 120mph was posted wit the bs story about him surviving. This guy is still alive and kicking.

Excellent example of field expedient first aid.

I would be fine with it being my pic...Or a family members pic. I would be thanking Fenix's brother for doing a hell of a job. Sorry. Most of us aren't PC conditioned like a very few are... The guy in the pic works for Dell and should be happy he's alive. And can care less about this damn pic.

I have to agree with you on this one.. What was done to help this person is commendable, but posting his pic with his work ID badge clearly in the picture is in poor taste. I am aware that a person shouldn't expect privacy when on a public street, but I feel they do deserve the respect of not having their picture posted on a public forum by the first responder, be it a trained person or just a bystander first on the scene.

If we are to go on this premise, it should be fine for an EMT or Firefighter to snap a few with their IPhone when at the scene of an accident and post up on Facebook... Just edit out the badge.. Why is that so hard to comprehend.
