The Islamists use a one finger gesture to indicate Islam as "the one" religion that is pure and true. When watching overseas events of Islamists parading around, a lot of them do the "one finger salute," and it is always with the index finger. I suspect that the news didn't want to allow that "salute" to be seen and perhaps create division about the Muslim, so they blurred it out. Usually, if the salute is given, it is a sure sign that they aren't moderate Muslims.

Isn't the signature sign among rural folks in Oklahoma an index finger off the steering wheel?
Out of state residents moving in, think that's an insult, but the opposite is the norm.
