Almost T-Boned

Apparently there was a power outage at the exact instant I was going through the intersection. 3 green lights. then blinking green then blinking red.

Got to my house a block away and electricity was off. Called the city because I knew we paid the bill and she tells me there's an outage and they're attempting to fix it.

Anyways it really woke me up.

I get griped at for being too cautious when I'm driving, but at 28 years old, with 11 years of driving, I don't have any accidents or tickets, knock on wood, and I don't know a lot of other people my age that can say the same.

I always wait a second or two when I'm stopped at a red and the green light hits, cause there's always that one a-hole that thinks "I can get through this yellow. . .damn it's red. . .well I'm already in the intersection, so I'll just speed up. . ." or the guy that likes to do 95 in a 65 because he's a professional.
