Ever want to use your "droid" as a modem. get the PDAnet. free app on trial and then if you want to pay to get all pages and sites on your pc, it is abt $18 one time fee. Works flawlessly. I use it, even when there is wifi. Mine is secure, who knows about theirs.

Use appbrain.com. It's easier to share your app list and give mini reviews about them.

But I give you a few in case you don't want to see my whole list.

8pen (neat keyboard, steep learning curve)
Audiogalaxy (streams my 101GB music library to my phone)
Launch-X Pro (paid, widget that allows more app icons to fit on screen) (free version available)
Mulitcon (another widget that allows more app icons to fit on screen)
Tasker (paid, AWESOME app, hard to explain, but if someone is really interested, I will)
WaveSecure (paid, allows you to remotely wipe phone in event of loss)

I am looking for a music app with these criteria (paid is fine)

Subscribe to Podcasts
Bookmark or auto remember position in mp3s (major requirement)
Delete content (prefer manual)
Skip forward and backward (user defined time a plus)
Increase playback speed without changing pitch
Can browse phone for other content

Have tried but not completely happy with:
Acast
Astro Player
Astro Player Nova
Beyond Pod (trial)
Listen
Music (by doubletwist)
Osplay (trial)
TuneIn Radio

Anyone have experience with DoggCatcher Podcast Player?

For the two of you who use Four Square, have you checked out Gowalla? I've used both and prefer Gowalla. Same concept.

Yep. I prefer Foursquare.

However, now that Facebook has launched Deals for local businesses who have Pages, both services are seeing a nosedive. Before Deals launched, Foursquare was being used to "check-in" more than five times as much as Facebook Places; after Deals launched, Foursquare and Gowalla immediately saw a 20% drop in usage.

The best part about that launch? It's only available to approximately 20,000 small businesses and to large nationally recognized chains at the moment.

But a non-scientific poll at AllFacebook.com (which tends to have results skewed toward Facebook), found that majority of users thought Foursquare would survive with or against Facebook Places.
