I tend to agree with NINEROUND. I truly hope this guy wasn't a serviceman who didn't get the care he needed.

And twoguns? is right. I'd have said "Stop" ONE time ... After that, it's on the shot guy ...

Finally, things like this make it hard for me to sleep some nights ... A lot of people who didn't ask to be included in anybody else's nightmare are gonna be dealing with this for the rest of their lives ... Prayers to them all ...

Well, it is a good illustration of what NOT to do in a gunfight. The guy drew from out in the open with no cover, against an adversary that is presumably at least partially behind cover, and apparently who has a drawn gun judging by how fast the cop got rounds off once the guy started pulling his. That or the cop was real quick and beat him to the draw. Then the guy just stands there and fires a couple shots, which it looks like is when he gets hit, before he realizes he should be moving. When he moves, he accidentally ejects his mag and has to scramble to pick it back up.

Probably shot with a 9, thats how he was able to get away......sad situation!

I believe the Officer said "stop" about 3 too many times...JMHO
He could have been shot with a .45 and done the same thing. Thats what adrenaline does. I get so tired of hearing this crap. It just makes you sound uneducated about firearms.
