From what I gathered, its a v2 wind tunnel test model. Not sure where it was made. You unscrew the tip and put some kinda device in it that makes it smoke. It has threads about half way down the body of it that screws onto a pole. Made in the 40’s. I’ve only seen two others on the internet, one that came up on a search on google and the other one was on ebay. I thought it was kinda neat
No way you could get it off the ground. Way to heavy
