If you are referring to Blackjack it's all hand shuffled and there are two types of Blackjack at Thunderbird. The first is Double Deck Blackjack (2 decks of cards) and the second is regular Blackjack (6 decks of cards). The games that use the shuffle master machine are Texas Hold 'EM and Three card Poker. Those machines are regulated by the NIGC and can not be tampered with by the Casino. You have the same odds with the machine shuffling as you do with high school drop out that's dealing the cards to you.
They have them shufflin machines down here in Southern Oklahoma. Them machines don't keep folks waitin. Maybe people up there in your part of the world aint as advanced as we are down here in southern oklahoma?
