I got my "new" hunting / fishing buddy.

My first Great-grandson. 2 girls in front of him. Got his fishing pole ready. Had planned on a .45-70, but that may be a little big to start with.

Picked up a Bushnell Match Pro 5-30x56 with a 34mm tube. I’m putting it on my Tikka truck gun as soon as I get rings. Will have final thoughts on the scope after I shoot it some.

I like my cheaper 5-25x50 match pro version so far (30 mm tube). I like it more than my vortex viper that cost more.

I like the ED version you have even more. May get one for my Tikka t1x 17 hmr.

This one arrived last month. G41 MOS. I added a Holosun SCS-MOS that doesn't require an adapter plate.

It's one heck of a shooter.
