Anybody get anything cool that is gun-related today?

Well, I ended up with the .44 Mag Marlin JM lever rifle that was in the classifieds.
That will complete the trifecta of a .44 mag in Pistol, Semi auto Rifle and now Lever gun.

Today started a run of 700 .44 mag rounds to feed them for awhile. 180 grain, 220 grain and 240 grain.

I agree. I've about decided to order a set of Culina round butt combats. It seems strange to me that they are more affordable than a used set of S&W combats.

No kidding. Be sure and show us those Culinas when you get them. They do some nice work.

I'm kind of enjoying it. I haven't seen or done any hard testing of it, but it's held it's zero from me banging on it with my hand, about 400 rounds of weak and plus P ammo. The window is the same size as the RMR window but with thinner shield. Finding the dot is no problem with it. Almost easier than my RMR.

I like it so far. Also swapped out the trigger for a curved one like on my 365.

A new carry gun project. CZ 75D Compact and a PJ holster landed same day. I have some LOK grips on the way and it's on the list for Cajun Gun Works magic. The trigger is already very good but it will be better. Fairly small and light all metal DA/SA 15 round hammer fired. Mines the PCR so it's only 2 ounces heavier than the plastic G19 empty. For now a range gun until later this summer after it's back from CGW.

I got the slide to my Kareen Hi Power clone back from Novak's yesterday. They milled the slide then installed a brass bead front sight and low profile rear.
