Actually, I'm not too knowledgeable on Walthers. That was pretty good information. I will find out what it says when I get it in my hands.I collect PPK and PPK/S pistols, I have 3 proofed "St. Etienne"... I'm curious if the slide says Manurhin or Walther on it. On the butt of the pistol there should also be a Made in France stamp. Actually, Manurhin made all the parts for the PPK and PPK/S from like 1952 to 1986; the bulk were shipped as parts back to Walther in Ulm, West Germany where they were finished, blued and assembled, which under the German laws of the time allowed Walther to say Made in West Germany on them. The ones assembled in France were normally marked as Manurhins, although some slipped through the cracks and have the St. Etienne proof along with the Made in France on the bottom of the butt but are marked as a Carl Walther PPK or PPK/S....
Sorry for the lecture, you probably knew this anyway, but pics of that PPK/S would sure be nice!
I hate both of you . Looking for one of those too.The FN gods smiled on me today, plus a heads up from @rockchalk06 that one of these was in stock (thank you, may His lead based love protect you) …finally got a 502!

180gr 1300fps JHP, those look like serious ouch loads.10mm freedom seeds came in this week. Stopped by the office to pick them up. Couldn't find a piece of iron to shoot them out of though.
