Anyone do SBC engine replacement in OKC?

I have a 1965 Corvette that had a cracked block...the motor has since been pulled and stripped of everything. I need another small block to build and reinstalled into the car (mated to a 4 speed Muncie)...another option could be buying a running SBC and selling off the parts I have from the original motor...

I am looking for referrals for any local to OKC/Edmond mechanics.

It's sitting in my shop and could be worked on there or can be trailed wherever...

If it is the factory original engine I would maybe look into seeing if the block was repairable. Thats just me.

Shouldn't be too hard to do your self. But if you want it done I would highly suggest bo woody at aps. He is out on air depot and 23

Go to a mobile home park, if the first door you knock on can't do a SBC swap, the next one can.
