Well, I may not be correct. The legislation that I was talking about appears to still be pending. I can't tell for sure, I have a hard enough time keeping up with Oklahoma legislation. Following is a link to the SB36 that covers this:

As written it will apply to renewals on or after January 1, 2012. I believe you can renew up to 90 before your current license expires.

My Utah permit expires late March 2012. I backed up 90 days on a calender and it only left a few days in December 2011 for renewal. It's definitely something to follow. Thanks for the warning.
