No, I don’t think so at least. Just about anything you can buy “will do”; but I find myself looking for options that range from “great” to that elusive “perfect”. No real reason for it, it’s just because. Some of it may be due to me trying to recapture the impeccable marksmanship I had when I was younger, as it has degraded noticeably due to the usual culprits of getting older.In my younger days, I never had a problem with the accuracy of Federal .22LR (solid nose, copper jacketed) in my Remington Fieldmaster. Sadly, I don't shoot much anymore.
Has the quality of off the shelf ammo degraded that much? :anywho:
