No need to apologize. It's just the interwebz.

On a side note, with the new kinder, gentler JB, your signature quotes seem a bit out of place. Maybe replace them with one of your tremendously inspiring posts from the past week.

Unlike all the others that give you a warm and fuzzy pass on things, I will not you puke. I was you and your like that re elected him. If you could not see this coming as soon as the election was over you are a DA. "The only way to make this a socialist country is to disarm the American people" I believe a Hillary quote. That is his goal, we saw it, we knew it but you stood on your big rich horse and mocked the honest people on this board for nothing more than your entertainment. I have read your posts with disgust, holding my thoughts...until now. You sir are a typical hoidi toidi Democrat POS. Just my 2 cents and if I get banned for it so be it.

JB has too much on his mind and his heart is too heavy to respond to this properly, so I'll step in for my friend. It's "hoity toity" and it's not a "big rich horse", it's a Mercedes and he's not a "Democrat POS", he's a fat bastard.

Seriously though, lighten the hell up, people make mistakes and being in Oklahoma JB had nothing to do with Obama being elected or re-elected.

I know at times I have let a few situations get me riled up. I am passionate about certain values or beliefs. I have been wrong just like everyone else and I have got upset over things that really don’t matter but, what we are facing now is serious for generations to come and it is our job to fight to secure this for the next generations just as the past generations have done for us. It is easy to forget or not think of the sacrifices that the past generations gave so we could have the rights we have today. I try to make it a point every chance I get to thank the vets that fought for our rights that we have today.

I think we need to understand one thing. We are Americans! We may fight with each other but everyone else better stay out of it. I know if we bond together we still have the controlling voice in this Country. We the people just need to stand up and voice our opinions instead of being afraid of being labeled a trouble maker. I think we have been trained over the last several years to be Politically correct, instead of calling it as we see it.

Merry Christmas!

I takes strong belief in self to post what you have JB. While no apology was needed it has been accepted. Oh and thanks for the prize I won. :p

Wow, I don't know what to say. When you first started posting on this board, I was pissed because it seemed like you were just trolling the membership here. It quite frankly became so irritating to me that I stopped posting and reading the board on a regular basis. I don't have a problem with differing opinions, but like you said, many of your posts were in a mocking manner and that was what irritated me.

It became apparent later that you were a pretty good guy and had many friends here. We need more like you on this board. People willing to admit when they are wrong (or when they think they are wrong).

I agree with you larkinmusic but.... I just think there have been others on here who have come and still come across this way. Oh well it is just the internet. So you can chose to read the posts or not. Nobody makes us read them.. :)

Whatevs. My opinion is that if one's first thought to hearing the news of a bunch of little children being shot was anything political, then one's priorities are jacked.

Seems the first thoughts of about half the country were "Guns and gun culture killed these kids, we need to attack the right."

And the other half thought "Man, the democrats are gonna push gun control. My guns! Oh, and the breakup of the nuclear family at the hands of liberals caused these dead kids."

And we wonder how, in a country programmed to think like that, we'd ever ever raise a suicidal mass shooter. Or a few every year.

Heavy stuff Ridge... Heavy stuff.

Thank you all for the kind words. People like eich don't bother me. He doesn't like me. He has that right. However, the way in which he chose to express that demonstrates his own self misery and is an attitude that is responsible for the polarization of our country. I'd submit to you all that he is just one side of a counterfeit coin. The other being the stereotypical East/West Coast liberal elite. When you distill it down, he is no different from an intolerant liberal. Kinda like the difference between a hog and a pig. They may technically be different, but they both roll around in their own s**t.
