The specs on the FBT JSE uppers are solid... I just prefer 1/7 or 1/8 twist over 1/9. That all depends on what type of ammo you're going to be shooting though. I see they stock 1/7 nitrided barrels too... if you had them put together an upper with one of those, it would be as good as the PSA. Some would say better even, with nitrided versus chrome lining (they pretty much accomplish the same thing).
I'm a fan of the 1/7 as well. All my AR barrels have a 1/7.

I prefer 1:8, but the fact is that the typical AR owner doesn't reload or shoot heavy bullets. They just want a cool gun that they can take to the range and bust off a couple of mags of ammo.

And there is nothing wrong with that. It's the same reason I own most of my guns.
