Archers / Bow hunters Where you at?

Just curious who here shoots bows?

I know its late in the season, but I was wanting to meet some of you guys, and go shoot etc.

I posted here to get more looks.

I'm getting ready to finish rifle season tomorrow then get out the bow, where do you hunt? I may hunt the family land in Checotah or a buddies lease near healdton, where I am now.

Im not new to the area, but moved here a few years ago for the military and just got back into things this season. I have not hunted yet in OK nor know where to go hunt..

I shoot a Bear Lights Out. Won't be hunting until after the 13th because of finals.

Yep, Hoyt Vectrix and a cheaper recurve. Just got into the recurve when we drew into the McAlaster hunt this year. That place has some absolutely amazing deer. We plan on putting in on that one until we shoot a nice one there.

I got a Hoyt Vectrix off a member here this year, but havent got anything with it yet. We got a new lease this year so we are still getting it setup and doing alot of scouting. My buddy did get a nice 8 point last weekend with a rifle tho, so the land is looking pretty good for next season.

I have spent alot of years in the archery world! I used to travel and shoot 3-d tournys in the Asa circuit! I stopped shooting last year! But I love bows and have shot with the best of the best!

It would be fun to get together and shoot!
