Sympathy, no. Empathy, yes. My grill met a metal grab bar on a Jeep when I was in my early teens. Lots of teef work to repair the damage and it still gives me issues some 30+ years later. :(

I'll throw you some sympthay since no one else will. At least once the Lidocane burn wears off, you get the nice numb mouth sensation so no matter how much the dentist pokes around at the gum line you can't feel it.

You do have my sympathy. I got a filling a week ago and it still hurts. I have to take tylenol. Gonna call the dentist back tomorrow if it's not better.
