I don't think you will see form 4 on the E form site. Once approved it will be a digital copy emailed to you and the dealer.

Step son txt me today that buddy of his got approved in four days. Think that shop has a direct line to the fast lane.
Yeah from submitted to approved emails mine took 48hrs and 5 minutes exactly. Even my dealer was shocked.
My approval came at 8:31 this morning. 16 days. Shop opens at 10 so will be waiting at the door.
I assume individual, not a trust.
Went up to GH arms Monday evening. Got approval this morning on a can. 37 hours.
