Yes, individual. As stated earlier that shop opens at 10. Left home before that an pulled up to shop about ten after. Sign on door, “Closed for spring break, be back the 25th”. Dang it!!! Can’t imagine anyone wanting to take vacation just because their kids are out of school. Oh well, Monday Monday

All of the quick approvals you’re hearing about will be individuals. Trusts are still taking considerably longer.

Yeah it's safe to assume that unless it's mentioned as a trust then it's individual. To the point where someone at my dealer decided they didn't want the trust anymore and refiled as individual only to be approved less than an hour later after waiting 4ish months.
