There have been plenty of comments made here about what should be done to those who enter our nation illegally.

Just for conversation sake..... How does this individuals illegal actions differ from the action of illegally entering USA?

Well for starters he didn’t invade a sovereign nation. Likewise, the feds aren’t breaking into illegal’s homes under cover of darkness, then killing them.

I’d say these examples are nearly as far apart as is possible.

Anytime the feds kill their target in a pre-dawn raid, my initial assumption is regardless of what the warrant says, the go-to “discovery” is child porn.

They could have picked the guy up any number of places, likely without incident. So why execute a wee-hour warrant at the guy's house? Doesn't make sense if the goal is to handle the situation as safely as possible. So, maybe the show is for everyone else's 'benefit'?

Sure it was. If you have enough pc to get a search warrant, you have enough pc to detain the suspect.
