I hate the "Slow Down" message plastered all the time.
Most of that video was retards crossing into oncoming traffic. Especially on snow/ice.

The median crossing is because a lot of it was in soviet and small european or asian countries where their highway system is shiiite and they dont HAVE medians, but you still see dum dumbs in america driving WAY too fast on snow and ice I agree, just glad we have the highway system in this country we do have, even if some are about to overtake us as far as safety features go, for proof of that here is a system that is being implemented NOW in the Netherlands.
