Anyway, here's how I'd handle someone ghosting me after we're finalizing a deal. Give them 24 hours, then send a PM that that says - haven't heard from you in 24 hours, so I consider deal cancelled. Thanks, and have a nice day. Make mental note about interaction.

Should be but some people weren’t raised with manners snd honor. I’ve come to realize a man’s word meaning something means less and less now days.
It’s one thing to get busy, another thing to not respond for days. Just my 2 cents.
Ive had people send multi messages about things for sale. Then must have changed their mind. Shat happens no big deal. Now IF I had wasted gas, that's a different tune lol
