I was just given a vintage Balisong flip knife my late father-N-law picked up during his years in the service. No idea of value but will get pictures later.
You should definitely learn some of the moves people do. Start with the advanced ones to learn faster!

I can still flick it open, that is good enough for me. I know it came from the Philippines where he was stationed for awhile. Looks to be pretty vintage. Pics to come but right now it is nap time.
Had a friend in high school whose father immigrated from the Philippines. The way he could work one of those was damn scary.
