Barry on gun control?

There have been many posts on this forum in different threads that have said the obummer is soft on gun control. No matter how many posts the opposition puts up, some say his record speaks for itself.

Here are a few facts.

Obama appointed two anti-gun Supreme Court Justices.

Obama wants to re-impose the failed and discredited Clinton gun ban on millions of common rifles, pistols, and shotguns.

Obama's State Department reversed the U.S. policy and participated in negotions on a U.N. anti-gun treaty.

Obama voted to allow reckless Lawsuits, designed to bankrupt the firearms industry.

Obama voted to ban almost all rifle ammunition commonly used for sport shooting and hunting.

Obama voted for a ban on standard-capacity magazines.

Obama voted to uphold criminal prosecutions of people who use firearms in self defense.

Obama endorsed a complete ban on handgun ownership.

Obama opposed all right to carry law
Obama was a member of the board of dircecyotors
Obama endorsed a complete ban on hangun ownersiip

Right out of the Dems playbook. We know what to expect, we've fought this battle before. We also know Romneys record and know he's not consistant with the 2A.

The danger is the unknown, to think Romney will fall in line us is more of a danger, imo.

i couldnt agree more. Thats another reason I cant vote for Romney. He cant be trusted with upholding GOP ideals on any issue.

Obama put forth no anti-gun legislation in his first term, therefore he is pro-gun and a friend of the NRA.

Romney sucks just as bad as Obama in the gun control area. I just hope the election doesn't really hose the prices at the Wannenmacher's show. These farcical elections are getting in the way of reality.

As I keep saying, the only real reasons to vote for Romney over Obama is the judges he will appoint to the SC and he is far less likely to veto a bill dumping Obamacare.
