Looks like it'd take a 200-page manual to fire up that behemoth once it's done I don't suppose it'd be used for anything less than family reunions and company picnics?

Competitions and catering mostly. I am attempting to get my foot in the door with a bar here in town to let me start serving BBQ on the weekends, Fri, Sat, Sun and Mondays (during football) We'll see if it works out.

Update: 9-26-10 Finally got the smoker home on Friday but my "promised" help didn't come over and help unload the beast, so my poor little freshly sandblasted smoker had to spend the night out in the cold. I should have tarped it. Got a little rusty but we were able to knock it off with steel wool and a wire brush. Finally got some help late Saturday afternoon and we were able to push the beast into my father-in-laws driveway so we could squirt some paint on it. It just has one coat on it for now, I will get at least one more on it today. My "promised" forklift should be here on Monday so I can finally get the thing into my driveway and then into my garage. It's coming along pretty well in my opinion. I gotta say again, Prophet built a beast of a smoker for me. (The little table in the last 2 photos is completly unrelated to the pit....it's one of those..."hey, since your painting" kinda deals that you can't say no to.)

Hey, I saw you heading towards I35 on 27th on Friday, and recognized this beast (uhaul trailer pic is what gave it away). Thing is massive, and looks very good from what I saw. Have to say I am a little jealous
