To piss on the ground beside your car instead of walking into the Bestbuy store you were going into instead. So I got in my car only to find out the guy standing next to my passenger side door was taking a nature leak on the side of his car while his girl sat in the car waiting on him.

There are some nasty people out there for sure these days.

If you would have demanded they file charges for indecent exposure this guy would have had to register as a sex offender if convicted.

10 years ago my friend was arrested at October Fest for doing the same thing, although he was very drunk at the time, he was convicted of indecent exposure and resisting arrest. Ruined his life.
