If you failed to call the Police then you deserved what happened to you...

If you would have demanded they file charges for indecent exposure this guy would have had to register as a sex offender if convicted.

10 years ago my friend was arrested at October Fest for doing the same thing, although he was very drunk at the time, he was convicted of indecent exposure and resisting arrest. Ruined his life.

Pretty harsh man, I would have just let it go, no need to make someone register as a sex offender over a stupid descision to take a leak.

My opinion might have been different if he wasn't pissing on my car. That is where the line was drawn. Maybe you would think differently if you had a young daughter that was exposed to this guys penis while walking to the car.

Pissing in your backyard and pissing in a public place on someone's car is apples to oranges....
