Bergara rifle pros/cons

I got to tell you I have been considering a new rifle and a Bergara was what I was really looking at but this thread has changed my mind. Looks like Tikka might be the way!!!

I’ve dug into the topic and I can see why so many pass them up.

They're not horrible guns but if I am going to buy a Remington I might as well buy a Remington and not a foreign made copy of a Remington. Having said that I rarely keep anything but the action anyway and pick the components I want to build the rifle around .

A friend of mine has one in 6.5 creedmoor which sits in a chassis and it does shoot very nicely though
