JP trigger spring kit, $13, cheap scope.

You could add a Vortex Red Dot for just a bit more..................... after the Optic idea i'd consider a POF Trigger with KNS Pins, can be had for low $100's on sale.

Slings like BFG - new Stock -- New Grip and H2 Buffer with Chrome Silicon spring ---
