1. Anything with Connery
2. Roger Moore was good
3. Pierce Brosnan had some great storylines and done a good job.
4. Daniel Craig grew better. His storylines were great

Timothy Dalton was pathetic. Laraby not much better.

Geez don't even get me started. I was walking down the street when I was 10 years old when an usher outside a theater asked me if I wanted to see a movie for free. That movie was "You Only Live Twice" and I became a James Bond geek that day in 1967 until now. From then until now the thing that thrills me the most is the Bond music. (theres a doc on Netflix or Amazon Prime about it currently) I wont go into all my opinions about different Bonds and Bond movies since I'm fairly sure nobody wants to read my toilet paper roll full of commentary but suffice to say until Daniel Craig came along there has never been ANY Bond even in the same league as Sean Connery. As much as I loved "The Saint" and Roger Moore I refuse to watch ANY of his Bond movies. I watched 10 minutes of one and that was enough for me. He was great but the plots and gadgets were beyond ridiculous. Sorry but JB wouldn't be caught dead driving an AMC Rambler. What's obsessing me now is who is gonna replace Craig? I think Henry Cavill (The Witcher, Superman) would make a perfect Bond so I'm sure they won't pick him, and I'm equally sure I'll hate their choice but I hated the idea of a blonde, blue eyed Bond and he turned out to ROCK. P.S. At 10 years old the excitement of "You Only Live Twice" was mind boggling but it took me until I was 12 to figure out why on earth he cut that ladies dress off???

@GorillaG mentioned the Bond music. I've been hanging on to this album for some time. Still really good music.

I made the mistake of buying a vintage James Bond thermos at a yard sale for 50 cents 20 yrs ago and when I looked it up on eBay they were going for up to 200.00. So naturally I had to find the lunchbox to match it. After I started down that rabbit hole I now have a mountain of vintage and new JB mementos otherwise known as a hoarding addiction. All because of one 50 cent purchase at a yard sale...

So........ Who is the best Bond girl?
Wow now thats a tough call but my vote will always be Diana Rigg. Awesome on so many levels, stunningly beautiful, superbly talented, and so very graceful. Plus the only woman out of all the Bond beauties to get ol studly to the altar. Watch her in the old Avenger reruns to really appreciate her, I thought she was in her mid 30's but come to find out she was only in her mid 20's. So talented at such a young age.The-Lovely-Diana-diana-rigg-22854317-320-240.jpeg

From Russia With Love,,,

Huge breasted gypsy women fighting with knives,,,
No science fiction gimmickries at all,,,
Real physical spy gear,,,
What's not to love?

Aarond

P.S. In reality they were all pretty damn hokey,,,
But enjoyable as all get out to watch.
