Honestly my top place is Tacos El Rinconcito, but since they are in a strip mall they close at 8 PM. Lame :/

when i worked nights in a tow truck i always found myself going back to the trailer just east of hwy 169 on 11th or 21st st on the north side of the road it was in a tire shop parking lot.
(not aware that they have a food truck but the tortas at Mariscos Cosa Azul are excellant).
There's a food truck on 21st off 169 eastward in the parking lot of the mexican bakery that is very good, the name escapes me right now.
