Ribs. I can't beehive nobody has said it.

For the most part I find ribs to be pretty solidly meh. Too much mess and work for not nearly enough payoff.

Except for the ribs from Smokin’ Joe’s. Those are worth the drive to Davis.

swiss steak or chicken fried steak I could eat either one several times a week, my favorite snack in pickled baby beets.

I forgot about Swiss steak. My wife has made it a couple times and I thought it was delicious. I might have to suggest that for this weekend.

Ribs, Brisket (made into chili), Deviled eggs, Corn on the cob lol, Mashed taters, a fresh well prepared Sonic or Braums double bacon cheeseburger is always excellent. Kendalls chicken fried steak.
