Lasagne, made by my own hands. I know it sounds arrogant (and I'm not positive others would agree) but I've never found another lasagne that tastes as good as my own. 😆

Same with my dessert, my own pumpkin cheesecake.

Damn, I'm hungry again.
We want that pumpkin cheesecake recipe!

Chicken fried steak, t bone steak, porterhouse steak, rib eye steak, top sirloin steak, new york strip steak.....and for dessert my wife's homemade pecan cheesecake. View attachment 407384

We want that pumpkin cheesecake recipe!
Most times I make it, I try to find a new one that I haven't made before just to see if I can find a better one than the last. This is the one that one made the last couple of holidays.


As for the lasagne, I don't use a recipe for it anymore. I've made a lasagne for Christmas and/or Thanksgiving for the last 25-30 years, plus random times throughout the year. I make it all from memory anymore.

I hear ya. After eating Mrs. GED's lasagne, nobody else comes close!
