Heard about this site awhile back. The interviews I saw are similar to this video. I'd never use them for references.
A good thing about some of these sites that review restaurants, motels, theme parks, etc is that you can get a little advanced warning if something is not right. We use Travelocity, Urban spoon and others when we travel to different city's to get an idea about what to expect. We take all reviews with a grain of salt too, knowing some just cannot be pleased.
