are you talking about a catalytic converter? not sure if you are talking about a feline or auto part, but if it is the converter, why not just cut it off and run straight pipe in its place.

You is simple, ain'tchya boy? Lol, I plan on it. If my buddy's dad will let him borrow his welder and I get get ahold of a sawzall, that's exactly what I'm gonna do. That truck is getting a motor swap when I get something else to drive. No sense putting a cat in it. Just gonna put a test pipe in it and live with the MIL.
