I recall hearing, seeing or whatever that one of the main reasons that the grocery stores shut down in that area is because customers were stealing them blind......said customers had even been caught putting meat in the diapers of their kids.

BLM can demand whatever they want. It will ultimately be the voters of OKC that decide what happens. Judging by the fact that at least two duly elected city council members were actively participating in this weekend's activities (with at least one on live TV criticizing the police response to the violence), I'd say it won't be long before BLM gets everything they want.
