Bud's has a 'make offer' option on new guns. Has anyone here ever used it?
Yup, but a LONG time ago. Worked well back then.
It’s hit and miss. I usually search gun.deals and see what the cheapest is, then try to offer slightly below and see if buds takes it. I remember when the Sig 716 rifles came out, I got one for $1400 shipped new when retail was $1899 by just low balling on the price and it being accepted, other times it only lets you save a buck or two.
This is the gun in mind. With 3" barrel. Gonna offer 900 and see what happens.
